Nearly ten years ago I found meditation. I'd led a pretty crazy and adventuress life prior to then. Maybe it prepared me for what was to come, maybe not.

What I do know is that nothing prior to meditation has challenged me harder, sent me to such intense and amazing places in the world and within myself, nor has anything come close to giving me the serenity and courage I have today.
